RETURNS POLICY
Scented Candles and Oils reserves the right to refuse any returned product if we are not contacted or if the complaint of the product is not due to damages or incorrect order delivery.

Scented Candles and Oils stands by every product we offer to our customers. However, due to the personal taste of each individual, we will not accept returned items for products that are as advertised and in good condition. In case of damage during shipping, the postage packaging must be returned as well. Scented Candles and Oils reserves the right to refuse any returned product if prior contact via e-mail or telephone is not made prior to returning said product. We want to know what didn't satisfy you about the product. Should all parties agree a refund is required, a 20% restocking fee will be charged from the balance and the refund will only be processed once the product is received at our contact address. If a return product gets lost in the mail, we will require a tracking number or a faxed or mailed legible shipping receipt as proof of postal purchase. Any returns made  without contacting us directly will not result in a refund unless extreme circumstances allow. Processing of all returns, refunds, and exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing. Scented Candles and Oils will not reimburse for postal costs spent by the customer during any step in the return process.

We charge a 30% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in or with its original condition and packaging.

We require the following information to process your return:(any missing details will make us unable to process your return)

• Full Name and Address
• Phone Number and E-mail Adress
• Packing Slip (or readable photocopy)
• Original Order Confirmation Number
• Prior Contact via phone or e-mail with a representative of ScentedCandlesandOils.com

Please keep in mind that in many cases any issue can be resolved without the need of returning the product. However, If the product is faulty we must show our suppliers what is wrong with the product. We always endeavor to have the highest quality and most natural products available.

BACKORDER POLICY
If any of our products become back-ordered, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable, the product will be removed from Scented Candles and Oils.com public domains to avoid further back-order occurrences. All customers with existing orders for any back-ordered item will be notified immediately. In case of back-ordered products, the the customer may elect to cancel their purchase request. All back-ordered cancellations will be subject to a $2.00USD/CAD charge for the refund transfer fee and processing fee. If the customer still wants the back-ordered product, no response is required.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All of our products are traced through their respective postal methods and sent via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Normal delivery takes between 2 and 6 business days. Some products may arrive as late as 3 weeks depending on product availability and performance of the post. For any items not received past the 3 week period, please contact us through our Contact Us page or via any contact information supplied. We will collect your information and investigate further for you. Please also consider that many postal services no longer carry parcels to your door, and investigate your local post office regarding any deliveries in your name. If a signature is required, the product will be given to you in-person or you will be notified in the mail where you can sign for the package. In some cases, products are Made Fresh, or Handmade, and may require more time.

ScentedCandlesAndOils.com Reserves the Right to confirm any incomplete or potentially inaccurate Ship-To address prior to shipping. Three attempts will be made (at our discretion) to verify the details submitted during the order. If we are unsuccessful in these 3 attempts, the information will be documented and we will await contact from the customer to clarify the address or inquire about their order.  This is both to protect the customer's purchase request and ensure that no products are wasted due to typing errors - which helps to keep the prices as low as possible!

Rates:

PRIVACY POLICY

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes your domain area, but no information regarding your IP or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address only of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or customer registrations.

All contact details we receive are kept entirely confidential and are only shared with individuals responsible for completing orders or inquiries.

We use some third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other contact from ScentedCandlesAndOils.com representatives in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Canadian Customers will be charged an additional Shipping fee determined by their total purchase amount, as listed in the chart below. Most Shipments are sent via UPS to Canada.
