How Secure is your website?
Our web security is based on encrypted computer-based tracking. When an account is created, all information entered into that account is forwarded directly to Scented Candles and Oils credit merchant, and verified through the bank itself. Your account belongs to you, and we are not able to view your account or even reset a password - should you forget the one you had. All transactions are instant and our computer security is a priority for our company.
How do I Cancel an Order?
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact us and/or review our Returns Policy.
Is Rush/Express Shipping Available?
Please contact us directly via e-mail before placing your order. We will gladly investigate your required deadlines and make sure your products arrive on time. Some of our products are fresh-made to order, or are handmade which results in a slower delivery time. Whenever possible, we will contact our distributors to ensure your products are packed the very same day as the order, and rush shipped at your request.
Please be advised, there is no express shipping option available on this website at this time. Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to modify your order once it has been submitted - therefore we strongly urge you to contact us directly before ordering.
How do I place a Gift Order?
Ordering Gifts is easy! Once you have registered and are logged into your account, simply supply us with an extra comment stating the full address and name of your giftee.
I see a scent I like, but do you have it in the size I want?
At ScentedCandlesandOils, our product line is not exclusively limited to what you see now. We are constantly updating, adding and finding new items all the time! If you see a scent you would like, but your sizes are too large or too small, please contact us! We are usually able to supply you with the appropriate product at no additional charge!
For example, You might see a scent available in pillar candles when you are seeking votive candles.

I ordered 3 items, why did I receive 3 packages?
Depending on which items you purchased, this would occur when the distribution center close to you is out of stock of that item. We Never Go Out of Stock! We may just have to mail it from further away. Most deliveries take less than 3 weeks. In some cases our products are handmade or made-to-order, this delays delivery, but is mentioned in the product description.
